Natural wood FLOOR and TERRACE oil

Floor and terrace oil is intended for treating wooden floors, parquet, stairs, furniture, as well as terraces and other outdoor wooden surfaces—garden furniture, stair steps, boardwalks, and wooden bridges. It is a composition based on natural linseed oil, containing natural pine resins, colophony, waxes, and special additives.
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, and for various wood types—softwoods, hardwoods, and thermally modified wood.
Linseed oil penetrates deeply into the wood, impregnating it and protecting it from moisture, while waxes form a moisture- and dirt-repellent protective layer on the surface. The oil enhances the wood grain, creates a silky matte sheen, and improves surface wear resistance.
Tinting and UV Protection: If a tinted surface is desired, staining should be done before applying the oil. We recommend using NATURA linseed stain, which is fully compatible with the floor and terrace oil. A stained surface with the stain provides longer-lasting UV resistance, protecting the wood from color changes caused by sunlight.
Surface Preparation: Before oiling, the surface must be sanded with a sanding machine. It should be dry and free from dust, grease, oils, and waxes.
Application: Stir the oil thoroughly. The oil temperature should be +20 ºC, and the surface temperature between +15–25 ºC. Pour onto the surface and spread with an applicator or flat brush. Apply in a thin layer and allow to absorb for 20–30 minutes. Do not leave unabsorbed oil on the surface—it must be wiped off with a clean cloth.
Polishing: Performed with a polishing machine using a white pad. The goal is to evenly distribute the oil layer and better embed the wax composition into the wood structure, enhancing the effectiveness of the protective layer. Polishing is optional but significantly improves coating quality and extends surface durability, especially in high-traffic areas.
Drying: After the first coat dries (6–8 hours), apply a second coat. Depending on temperature and humidity, the oil fully dries in 2–3 days.
Consumption: Depends on wood species, moisture content, previous treatment, and other factors. Average coverage: Pine – 10–14 m²/l, Oak – 16–20 m²/l.
Cleaning: Clean tools with white spirit, warm water, and soap.
Storage: Store in a cool place, protect from freezing. Expiry date – see packaging.
Composition: Specially prepared natural linseed oil, natural pine resins, natural colophony, waxes, special additives.
Safety: The product is flammable. Oil-soaked cloths may self-ignite—store safely before disposal. Hazard Categories: Skin Sens. 1, Asp. Tox. 1, Aquatic Chronic 3. Contains: Solvent naphtha, turpentine. Signal word: Danger. Hazard Statements: H317 – May cause an allergic skin reaction.
